An empty luxury garage condo was turned into an entertaining heaven for these avid car collectors. Our design included a mezzanine with multiple custom designed areas such as kitchen, play area, bar, living area, and bathrooms. The garage area also included a 3 car lift that allowed one of the cars to be displayed through the mezzanine. Our signature design process allowed us to include the client’s personal interests, hobbies and preferences into the design, such as a vast rock and fossil collection that informed many aspects of the design.
