Created by combining two adjacent units at The Motor Enclave in Tampa, this 5,500-square-foot garage condo was designed as an immersive expression of the owner’s passions for exotic race cars, gaming, and anime. The expansive 3,200-square-foot garage accommodates a collection of up to 20 vehicles, including a dramatic three-level lift system displaying nine cars, while an extensive mezzanine transforms the space into a true private retreat. Beyond the collection, the design incorporates three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen and bar, gaming arena, and play area—blurring the line between luxury garage, entertainment destination, and second home. Every element was conceived around the client’s lifestyle, creating a highly personalized environment where automotive culture, technology, art, and play come together.
