This 2,780-square-foot garage condo at The Motor Enclave in Tampa, was conceived as a sophisticated, moody retreat shaped by the owner’s passion for cars, entertainment, and the unmistakable nostalgia of the 1980s. A three-level car lift transforms the automotive collection into a central visual feature, while an elevated office overlooks the space below. The garage also incorporates a full kitchen and bar, lounge area, arcade games, pool table, and 2.5 bathrooms—creating an environment designed as much for gathering and unwinding as for showcasing the cars. Rich, atmospheric, and subtly nostalgic rather than thematic, the design reinterprets the energy of the ’80s through a refined contemporary lens, creating a highly personal escape centered around the owner’s cars, hobbies, and lifestyle.
